United States Orders

 

  • Shipped from our US fulfillment center.

  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local partners.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US.

 

International Orders

 

  • Orders outside the US ship internationally from our US fulfillment center.

  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal partners.

  • Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • Global shipping delays (holiday volumes, carrier disruptions, inclement weather) may also impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

HackMakeMod is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other charges incurred during or after shipping. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, address, and other delivery information are complete and accurate.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will issue a refund once the package has been received and the reason for the return has been confirmed. If the return was caused by an error on our part, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. If the package was returned due to a recipient-related issue—such as an incorrect or incomplete address, missing recipient information, refusal, failure to claim the package, or other circumstances outside our control—we will refund the cost of the returned products, but the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
